Vendor Sign-Up Information
The 2025 Cloverdale Market Days are being planned. With the great success of our previous season we have to be prepared for our large event along 176 street this upcoming season. 2025 Dates are on Saturdays: May 24, June 21, July 26, August 23 and September 13. Please print and complete both pages of the application form below and submit it to [email protected] to be considered for our 2025 season.
For all food vendors: please confirm that all prepared food falls within the limits of low risk foods. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure all lower risk foods meet the definition of a low risk food. If not then we require that you have your food safe certification and provide us with a copy of your permit/license to operate (can be obtained from your local health authority Fraser Health). As food vendors you must follow the Guideline for Sale of Foods at temporary food markets. All vendors must have proper insurance for their dates attending. |

Vendor Parking
There are 3 parking lots for Vendors. After 10 am, the parking lot will allow the general public to use any unused spots:
